📢 No passado dia 31 de janeiro, a Previform realizou um Focus Group sobre a evolução do papel dos Recursos Humanos! 💬

Durante esta sessão, o objetivo foi promover uma reflexão produtiva sobre como o papel dos RH tem evoluído ao longo dos anos, explorando as diferenças nas perceções e práticas de acordo com os setores. A conversa focou-se nas principais mudanças observadas nas organizações e em exemplos concretos que ilustram as transformações vividas pelos profissionais de RH no seu dia a dia.

📢 On January 31st, Previform held a Focus Group on the evolution of the role of Human Resources! 💬

The objective of this session was to foster a productive reflection on how the role of HR has evolved over the years, exploring differences in perceptions and practices across sectors. The conversation focused on the main changes observed in organizations and concrete examples that illustrate the transformations experienced by HR professionals in their day-to-day work.
